Thursday Tune Up // Music Roundup For June 14th, 2012

I grew up in the 90′s and the 00′s (wait that sounds weird…let’s try that again). I grew up in the 90′s and the 2000′s (sounds a bit better, but not by much), and to be honest, I don’t really remember what music was hyped up around that time frame. Maybe it was because I spent most of my middle school to high school years in Misawa, Japan. Since I lived overseas, the Stateside music was a bit delayed from reaching us across the Pacific. Rather than relying on the radio, I looked towards some of latest CD releases at the local store on the air base and I created my own playlist. Here’s a selection of tracks that I used to jam to back in the days. This should be a treat to all the punk/pop/rock/alternative kids of that era!
