PHOTO COVERAGE :: Low ‘N Slow Del Mar REMIX Takeover

REMIX Autofest, Del Mar, CA was a great turnout. To be honest this was my very first autofest experience. I was more of the forum meet type of person, a mellow fellow if you say so; get more personal with other forum members. I really wasn’t expecting an experience like THIS. To start off…the parking lot for attendees was already fresh.

This Q45 started it off right. What a show stopper this was and I wasn’t even at the show yet!

As soon as I arrived I went straight to the Low ‘N Slow crew and right away I noticed Milt’s CLEAN Z33. These guys have it proper. The whole Low ‘N Slow crew took up a good 30% portion of the building and it was a pleasure to hang out with these guys. They were quite the attention grabbers to a crowd of many and the stance on these cars was a jaw dropper. I’m sure most of you are familiar with Milt’s SC with Work Equips and Wed Kranze ER-M. Pure stance. But his new toy will have you on edge.

Milt’s ‘CAMBRD’ Z33 was the eye catcher for me. Luckily enough, I had the opportunity to do an interview and ask him about his thoughts on car culture, Inception, and his crew Low ‘N Slow.

Jaryl: So tell me about Low ‘N Slow, how and when did you guys start?
Milt: We are a close group of friends, not just anyone can be part of the crew. We started the crew in ’08 mainly with fitment but have included our newer members that have less aggressive fitment with the idea that they too will start on their crazy wheel journey…some “inception” shit…lol.

Jaryl: What cars does your crew roll in?
Milt: Myself, 350z
Carlos, Black 350z
Greg, Gold SC300
Mustafa, White SC400
Julian, Grey G35 with Black Works
Noel, Grey G35 with Silver SSRs
Jason, VW Passat Wagon
Chris, Brown SC400
William, tC
Peter, Yaris
Ninja, Solara
Max, IS350.

Jaryl: What current upgrades do you have on your car?
Milt: Current upgrades are minor…I’m running 19×12 -12 and 19×10 -6 Garson Deep Racing Ryugi, Aragosta True Coilovers, SPL Camber Arms, SPL Toe Arms, Stillen Sway Bars, some other minor items, but the majority are not for tracking…lol..but for riding slammed!

Jaryl: Haha. I feel ya. Any future upgrades for your beast?
M: Future upgrades?? Hmmm…too many on my mind, but would rather not mention any since I have no idea where I am going next…maybe another set of wheels! It’s an addiction.

Jaryl: So what do you think about the car scene now, I noticed that it’s slowly changing?
Milt: I love all car scenes but fitment is MY LIFE! FittedLife right?!

Jaryl: Haha. Nice one Milt, Any final words man?
Milt: If you can please throw a shout out to My wife Kay and my crew Low ‘N Slow!!!

Throughout the day, there was a nice variety of showcases including stanced out rides to your time attackers, cars from small crews, etc. The event in all was plenty. Honestly I was having too much fun. Being it my first autofest, I just had to soak all that it offered me. The turnout was more than I expected. I would like to thank Milt and the rest of Low ‘N Slow. It was a pleasure meeting them and I hope to see them all in future shows or even on the road. To the readers I hope you enjoyed these photos as much as I enjoyed capturing it.

Proper Style:Proper Mindset.
