My S14′s Awesome List of Malfunction Codes
The other day I finally found time to pull all the malfunction codes, acquired from the last skid pad event, from my S14 and I pulled 8 codes! That was awesome. Here are the 8 codes and their corresponding description via Nico Club’s 240sx FAQs.
25 – IACV-AAC Valve
77 – Rear O2 Sensor
81 – ? (Possibly 82 which indicates a problem with the crank position sensor)
87 – ?
91 – ?
93 – ?
105 – EGRC Solenoid/V
132 – ?
I’m not too sure if 81, 87, 91, 93 or 132 even exist. I couldn’t find their description in the FAQ. So my game plan is, check out the codes that I’m familiar with and we’ll work from there. 77 is an easy fix, but I haven’t had any experience with 25 or 105. I guess it’s back to bookwork and reading. I really want to get the car ready for the next skid pad event.
