Gotye Drives Music & Animation Through Eyes Wide Open
It feels like forever since I’ve posted up some music tracks on Fitted Life. I guess the work load from a couple of weeks ago just sapped the energy out of me. Not to worry as I’m feeling quite refreshed to scout some more cool content that best reflects Fitted Life.
A recent album that I’ve been listening to is Gotye’s latest Making Mirrors. His song “Somebody That I Used To Know” has gained international fame and the rest of Making Mirrors is a great spot-on indie treat. With catchy tracks and nice riffs, Gotye’s latest album creates a unique sound that differs from the usual sleepy-indie music. With a variation of styles, his music offers a taste of experimental, electronic, doo wop, and 80′s rock perfect for the music enthusiast.
A couple of weeks back I spotted his “Eyes Wide Open” music video featuring some really cool stop-motion animation. The weird and off-beat animation drew me in. Top it off with some great music and this little piece grew to be an enjoyable video to watch.
