Flashback Film of the AMGEN 2011 Tour of California
Beginning last Sunday, the 2012 Tour of California hosted by AMGEN kicked off in the beautiful city of Santa Rosa. I’ve been following the race close since my father, a true spirited cyclist, is a huge fan of the Tour of California. Actually an interesting story is that my father used to cycle years ago in his twenties. But, as time grew on by and new responsibilities took priority, my father’s interest in bikes soon diminished. As he closed in towards his 50s, he renewed his passion in cycling and he found an element that has been missing in his life for so long.
Cycling is a deep passion that my father enjoys and keeps him healthy, keeps him going, and keeps him enjoying life to the fullest. I admire that drive in my father and I hope he continues cycling forever. I see his passionate drive flow strong in my veins and just like my father, I want to pursue my goals with all my strength, heart, and of course with all my passion.
